OptimFactors was founded by Ravi Annamaraju, a technology and product leader with deep experience guiding enterprise organizations through complex digital transformation in regulated environments.

Working inside the industry, Ravi repeatedly encountered the same pattern: brilliant scientists and operators constrained not by science, but by the software around them. Fragmented LIMS, QMS, DMS, and MES systems that refused to talk to each other. Vendors who charged a fortune for upgrades and made exit deliberately painful.

The insight was clear: the real chokepoint slowing pharma's digital evolution wasn't technology capability — it was the deliberate fragmentation and lock-in built into legacy vendor business models.

OptimFactors was created to remove that chokepoint permanently — with a unified, low-code platform where every application shares a single foundation, compliance is native, and customers are free.
